Good evening, Block House Creek (BHC) neighbors in the Owners Association sections of BHC, we have a changing of the guards. As of March 1, 2024, Block House Creek Owners Association’s (BHCOA) management company is transitioning from Pinnacle Texas Management to Rowcal. Partnering with Rowcal, as the Owners Association’s management company, does not require you to do anything. New contact information for Rowcal will be coming soon. Please join BHCOA Board in welcoming the onboarding of our newest partner, the Rowcal team! To learn more, join us at our next BHC Owners Association Board meeting scheduled for March 14, 2024 6:30PM.
