ALERT – BHC OWNERS ASSOCIATION PAYMENT REMINDER

Your BHC Owners Association Assessments are due!


The Q3 assessments are due on July 1st and will incur a $20 late fee if not received by Saturday, July 20th, 2024.

To ensure that your payment is received and processed on time, please make an echeck payment on the Rowcal website https://www.rowcal.com/austin .

Echeck – payments have the following administrative fee that will be added to your amount: $2.99. This fee is charged by the eCheck processor and is not charged by your management company or association/merchant.

Credit Card – payments have the following credit card administrative fee that will be added to your amount: $3.25. This fee is charged by the Credit Card Service Provider and is not charged by your management company or association.
