Your BHC Owners Association Assessments are due!

The Q3 assessments are due on July 1st and will incur a $20 late fee if not received by Tuesday, July 20th, 2021.

To ensure that your payment is received and processed on time, please make an echeck payment on the Association’s bank website at https://www.hoabankservices.com/. Echeck payments are free of charge. Note that payments made by credit card or debit will incur a $14.95 bank fee.
